PKA’s proposed Creative Hub at No. 2 – 4 Dublin Street, Balbriggan has received planning approval from Fingal County Council, with expected completion by 2025.
Comprising an existing 19th-century protected structure and adjoining modern retail unit, the development will provide artists’ studios, workshop spaces, educational facilities, and a dedicated gallery space.
The Creative Hub is one in a series of projects being undertaken as part of the ‘Our Balbriggan’ Rejuvenation Programme, along with PKA’s Quay Street & Environs regeneration development that is also ongoing.
