Beginning construction in October 2021, PKA’s Cliona Park Phase 3 development was handed over on schedule to Limerick City & County Council in October 2023.
The 18-unit social housing development forms part of a broader regeneration Masterplan for the Moyross area in Limerick City, also previously undertaken by PKA.
The scheme comprises a mix of 1 - 3 bed apartments and houses, all fully compliant with current NZEB standards, and received an A-rated BER.
