PKA's Cornamona Court housing development commenced construction in May 2019.
Located on Kylemore Road, Ballyfermot, the 60 unit scheme will provided combination of houses, apartments and duplexes for families and senior citizens. Surrounding an enclosed residents' garden, the design comprises a four and five storey block along Kylemore Road and a terrace of two-storey houses behind, all served by a semi-basement car park.
Commissioned by Dublin CityCouncil, the €20 million scheme is the largest project in the local authority's current housing programme. First commissioned in 2006, the development is due to be completed by Easter 2021.
