Irish Times publishes PK's essay on Dublin's high-rise debate

Paul Keogh's Opinion piece on the debate regarding Dublin building height was published in the Irish Times on August 28th 2016.

Noting the challenges facing Dublin in planning for its projected demographic and economic growth sustainably, as well as increasing the city's population without extending its urban footprint, Paul makes the case that while high rise development - of excellent design quality - might be acceptable in the right locations, cities such as Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Barcelona demonstrate that heights of no more than six storeys can comfortably provide high-quality living environments at residential densities in the region of 130 homes per hectare.
