With 25 years of experience - plus our established economic and technical capacity - PKA has the resources required for the delivery of architectural excellence and exemplary professional practice on every project undertaken by the practice, from small one-off assignments to major public commissions.
The design skills and professional expertise of our project team are highly valued by the firm and clients alike; employing staff of the highest caliber has been critical to the quality and success of PKA’s work.
Sophisticated IT equipment enable the practice to produce all project drawings electronically, and to issue graphic and text documents digitally to the client, consultants, tenderer and contractors.
Partners and staff take part in continuing professional development (CPD) courses on a regular basis. It is PKA’s policy to exceed the RIAI’s code of professional conduct obligations; key personnel have obtained RIAI accreditation in architectural conservation, health and safety, including PSDP, and building energy rating certification.
The practice has a widespread reputation for the exceptional quality of its graphic presentation material, and our in-house modelmaking facilities enable PKA to prepare design and presentation models to high quality professional standards.
PKA enjoys excellent office accommodation. We work from practice-owned offices in a new mixed-use development at Cathedral Court, New Street, Dublin 8. A twenty-workspace studio is supported by library, conference, administration and service facilities.
