From small one-off commissions to the design of entire urban neighbourhoods, we seek to achieve buildings and spaces which are innovative, functional and inspiring to users and the public alike, particularly in response to complex briefs and difficult site conditions.
In consultation with the client, we establish the real demands of the client’s brief, budget and site constraints; never imposing a routine response, we identify key issues, and explore a wide range of alternatives until we arrive at the optimum solution.
PKA places a special emphasis on teamwork. We value a creative and interactive relationship between the client and the whole design team; drawing on our established relationships with some of Ireland’s leading consultants in engineering, planning and cost control.
